In my confusion, I also asked God for a clear sign.  I wanted a church where I could meet other Christians, but as an introvert, meeting people is difficult. As I drove to church, I prayed: “God, if this is truly the church you want me to attend, then please show me by making someone introduce themselves and talk to me.
