Who Am I

Society says woman are down trodden, powerless, insignificant, sex objects, fat, stupid, insignificant, and the list goes on and on and on!

God says we are equal, strong, beautiful, pure, clothed in beautiful clothes, spotless, strong, His! See the difference?

Feed the Voice that tells you the truth and turn away from the other. Seek that power in your inner being, the real deep you, which comes when Christ dwells there in faith.

Again, Christ stands at the door of our hearts, knocking. Let Him in. Let Him come and sit down at the table of your heart and FEED you. And the Truth will set you free!

“And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3: 17-19

This sounds impossible in a world so broken, shattered, and disconnected. The world is reaping the rewards of not following God.

Don’t judge God because of the world around us. Obey Him and see the fullness of His love. He promises to bless those who obey, not those who look. It is a process of learning how deep, how wide, how amazing His love is.

It is like The Last Battle in the Chronicles of Narnia. Jewel the unicorn kept calling out “Further up and Farther in!” It was like world upon world, each getting better, richer, closer, deeper, and farther, than the next. It is layer upon layer, experience upon experience, moment upon moment, lifetime upon lifetime, joy upon joy that creates a depth so deep, so wide, so powerful, it is everlasting.

20 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” Ephesians 4: 20-21.

Remember Whom we serve. Look up at the stars on a clear, crisp winter’s night. Who set those stars there? Who feeds the birds? Who feeds you? We are given so much, so much potential, intelligence, time, and beauty. We get to choose what we do with it.
